All of our wines are handcrafted with Texas grapes. We carefully select the best grapes creating our wine with our gravity-flow system. We then nurture these wines in our underground limestone cellar. When the wine is ready, we hand bottle in small batches. It is not uncommon for us to bottle just one barrel at a time, making each bottle truly unique.

Due to the current heatwave in Texas, we’re taking extra precautions to ensure your wine arrives safely. But at this time we will be holding off shipping. If you would like your wine now please email [email protected]. We’ll be adding ice packs to every shipment to keep your wine cool during transit, as hot temperatures can affect its quality.
