With your ticket, you’ll unlock exclusive access to participating wineries, each offering an elevated experience—choose between a behind-the-scenes barrel tasting or a thoughtfully curated food and wine pairing at every stop.

Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply looking for a flavorful weekend getaway, Barrels & Bites is your chance to savor the sights, tastes, and charm of Texas Wine Country. This self-guided journey is the perfect blend of summer sunshine, bold wines, and unforgettable bites.

Sip, sample, and soak it all in—one barrel or bite at a time!

**Join us for an exclusive barrel tasting of wines sampled from our distinctive underground limestone barrel cellar. During this event, you’ll learn about the history of our vineyard, our winemaking practices, and how we have evolved over the years. Each wine will be discussed in detail, and one of the winemakers will share insights on the history of each wine and barrel type, providing an informative journey into the world of winemaking and wine tasting. Following the barrel tasting, we’ll showcase our interpretations of Bordeaux-inspired red wines that we have bottled. Plus, there’s a fun surprise waiting for you that you won’t want to miss! Please make a reservation for this event to ensure we can dedicate enough time to each group. We offer two time slots: 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM. To reserve your spot, please email or call us.
